Consent and fruitful communication reminded me of getting your nails done at the salon, where you are in total control of what you want. You are clearly communicating what you would and would not like to be done to your nails – that of which a lot of people view as an extension of themselves and how they like to present themselves. Through this, results are often satisfying for both customer and employee/nail techs.
